Formally signed on agreement of investment cooperation on Wuhai Desert Township Project

(Huaxia Rising News) The media and guests`attention are attracted by the project which is held on Wuhai City of Inner Mongolia, the second session of the integration of culture and tourism development series of theme activities, at the same time, Wuhai Municipal People`s Government and Huaxiarising Cultural&Tourism Investment Co., Ltd. signed a “Wuhai Desert Township Investment Cooperation Agreement”.

The total investment of the project is about 50 billion RMB, covers an area of about 2,300 acres of Wuhai Desert Township Project, which located in the core area of the east coast of Second Wuhai Riverfront, east by lofty Gander Mountain, west of vast Wuhai Lake, Ulan Buh desert across the lake.

According to the report, Wuhai Desert Township Project will become the largest integrated cultural tourism industry, the important carrier of urban transition and economic transformation strategy, the important “engine” of cultural tourism industry, the tourist hub of Wuhai tourism resorts, as well as urban public living room of Wuhai Ciry which can arouse people memory nostalgia when see the mountains and waters of the city.

The reason why the company choose to invest in Wuhai is the particular tourism resources, such as mountains, rivers, lakes, desert, wetlands, significant traffic advantages and the huge potential development of cultural tourism industry in the city.

The construction of this project will leave a profound influence on the western Inner Mongolia and the pattern of north-west region in the whole country, and also accelerate the pace of Chinese desert tourism base and Western Tourism Destination.
